Senior Sales Account Executive
Role: Sales Manager Reporting to: Managing Director, USA Salary Range: DOE Sales Commission: Un-Capped
Job Description Title: Account Executive
Responsibilities: The Account Executive is responsible for negotiating and selling the ad pepper suite of advertising solutions to advertising agencies and medium-large businesses located nationally. The Account Executive will develop account opportunities; define the ad pepper usa product offering and close opportunities that meet their clients’ business objectives.
Qualifications: A minimum of five years proven direct sales and/or business development experience preferably in online advertising sales with demonstrated business transactions with senior management level business people primarily at the ad agency level. Candidates must have extremely strong skills in initiating high-level contacts, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidates will be action oriented, results-driven individuals able to make sound decisions in a competitive, fast-paced environment where ad pepper’s patented Semantic Targeted Technology functions as a desired optimization tool for a publishers’ suite of offerings.
Proven negotiation skills are a must. The ability to generate new business from existing relationships is preferred.

- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accountability to deadlines

Business Development Executive
Role: Development Manager Reporting to: Managing Director, USA Salary Range: DOE Sales Commission: Un-Capped
Job Specification:
- Recruitment of website partners into the portfolio of ad pepper web sites.
- The recruitment of eMail partner databases into the ad pepper eMail database.
- To meet and exceed mutually agreed activity, inventory and revenue targets.
- To maintain and grow trading relationships with existing website and eMail delivery partners.
- To manage the wider relationship between ad pepper media UK and its inventory partners and to assist in delivering outstanding account management on behalf of ad pepper to those partners.
- To work closely with all parties to ensure that ad pepper meets and exceeds the objectives of its partner sites and databases.
Personal Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of achieving and sustaining high levels of outbound call activity.
- At least two years sales experience at least one of which is within a predominantly online advertising environment, ideally in a site recruitment capacity.
- Demonstrable proficiency in account management.
- Excellent telephone presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal presentation skills.
- Determined, competitive and self motivated to achieve high commissions.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of social confidence sufficient to maintain trading relationships at senior level.
